Dr. Steven Franks
Dr. Franks is a board-certified dermatologist with over 30 years of experience. He is the Medical Director of the practice. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Tufts University Medical School. After medical school, Dr. Franks served as a Captain and General Medical Officer in the U.S. Army. He specializes in adult and pediatric dermatology. His interests include golfing and skiing.

Julia Fiore, PA-C
Julia was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. She received her undergraduate degree at Northeastern University and went on to receive her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University in 2014. She was fortunate to start immediately in Dermatology upon graduating. Julia treats both adult and pediatric patients and is dedicated to providing the highest quality care. She provides comprehensive dermatological care including the evaluation and treatment of acne, eczema, hair loss and full body skin examinations. She has a particular interest in acne and psoriasis and helping patients achieve their best skin.
Julia currently resides in Western Mass with her husband, two sons, and a dog. She enjoys playing games, spending time outdoors, and reading a good book.
Ashley Hoffman, PA-C
Ashley Hoffman has been a Physician Assistant since 2011, graduating with a master’s degree and Honors from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Out of 90 students, she was the sole recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award. She has also earned the status of “Diplomate Fellow” for her excellence in Dermatology. Ashley loves to improve the confidence and self-esteem of her patients by working closely together to clear acne, psoriasis, eczema and many other dermatoses!
Melanie Koumentakos, PA-C
Melanie Koumentakos was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and was educated at St. Anselm College where she obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree in 1993. She then transitioned to Springfield College where she completed the Physician Associate Program in 1996 and became NCCPA certified. She immediately specialized in Dermatology and continues to provide thorough, complete and compassionate care for the local community. Her clinical interests include general dermatology for all ages and is highly trained in care and treatment of psoriasis, eczema, acne, alopecia and many chronic dermatology conditions. She is committed to patient advocacy and supporting patients with chronic dermatology conditions.
Christopher Rumplik, PA-C
Christopher Rumplik is a certified physician assistant who completed his PA training at Springfield College. Chris grew up in Western Mass and after 2+ years practicing internal medicine he has trained to provide specialized dermatology care to the people in the community he grew up in. He looks forward to working with his patients to improve their skin health and overall confidence in themselves to develop treatments that work for them and give them the best skin possible.
Jessica MacWilliams, PA-C
Jessica was born and raised in Western Ma. She attended Westfield State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She then received master’s degree from Springfield College, obtaining her PA certificate in 2005. She practiced Primary Care Medicine for 3 years before training in Dermatology. She has been practicing Dermatology PA since 2008.
She currently resides in CT with her husband, 2 daughters & 3 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and traveling with her family.
Harmony, Hopkins, NP
Harmony began her nursing career in Tennessee after graduating with her BSN in 2010 from Tennessee Technological University. She then went on to Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she graduated in 2017 as a family nurse practitioner.
Harmony has a passion for providing her patients with a "judgment free zone" and assisting them to achieve wellness by approaching them as individuals.
She loves helping patients feel at ease while providing dermatologic care for skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
Harmony lives in Central Massachusetts and loves spending time at home with her son and animal companions.
